When we built OHNO, we wanted to encourage teams to be transparent with one another. So the product reflected that philosophy and all problems and actions were visible to everyone.

But what if you have something secret in the works?

A few of our customers asked how they could store more sensitive things in OHNO. So this week, we’ve launched some new functionality to help.

Personal Problems

You can now create problems that are only visible to you. These might be sensitive HR issues, or performance management problems. Essentially a personal problem is something only you want to address.

You can now decide if you want a problem in OHNO to be visible to everyone, or just to you.

Personal Actions

Personal actions are the children of personal problems. They are visible on the action list with a tag, indicating they are personal. These can be useful for HR activities you might not want to disclose to the wider business just yet. Or maybe you’re about to acquire a new business, and you need to keep this close to your chest for now.

Personal Objectives

A personal objective is something you want to reach. A goal that your team doesn’t share. It’s just for you.

Maybe you might want to become a better public speaker? Or perhaps you want to stop interrupting people all the time at work? Or maybe you want to demonstrate an activity that will land you a new promotion? Whatever it is, you can now create personal objectives in the Goals section of OHNO.

Startup Plan

Another thing we introduced this week was the third and final paid plan. We call it the Startup Plan and it was designed for teams with around 10 Staff. It’s the most affordable plan we have and is really great for small teams that are really looking for;

  • A place to manage their objectives (OKR’s, KPI’s…whatever)
  • A way of identifying the barriers that are slowing them down and
  • Getting useful insights from our reporting functionality

About OHNO.ai

Our mission at OHNO is to reboot the workplace and liberate teams from mediocrity. We think there are too many ceremonies and practices we all know in our hearts to be useless & wasteful, and lots of them don’t serve our customers or help us enjoy what we do. At OHNO we value outcomes over traditions.

We want to liberate teams from those burdens by helping them get to the heart of what’s slowing them down using a really clever product we built called OHNO. If you liked this article or care about our mission, I’d love to hear from you. You can reach me on Twitter here.

And you can always try OHNO for free and discover what’s holding you back from your goals at http://ohno.ai
